For August, We've got a great box to help you through (yet another) lockdown! As rainy season sets in, take the time to relax on the sofa with one of our sommelier selected wines. The Lava del Vulcano is worth savouring with something a bit more special; the red being a long term Siam Wine Club favourite!

Falesco - Vitiano Vermentino IGT - Perfect on a humid day, this light wine has a bright straw yellow colour. Fresh and citrusy on the nose. The taste is fragrant with a good balance between pleasantness and aromatic persistence.

Lava del Vulcano – Falanghina DOC - Another refreshing wine, from the lesser know grape - Falanghina. It's bright straw yellow in colour, with an intense fruity aroma. The Vulcano is medium-bodied and well balanced. Best Served with light main courses, white meat, young cheeses, and fish.

Vigneti di Zabu – Chiantari Chardonnay IGT - Voted top 8% of wines in The World according to Vivino, this Chardonnay is a full, rich white wine with beautiful floral aromas. The palate is full-bodied with rich banana and pear
notes. The wine has a floral string throughout. Subtle acidity brings up the end balancing out of the wine. Rich without being too creamy.

Tenuta Luisa - Edmida Venezia Rosso IGT - A rare wine blend, the Edmida is a deep ruby red in colour with violet nuances, this wine reveals aromas of fruit with notes of raspberry and blueberry.

Tormaresca – Neprica Negroamaro IGT - A new vineyard for SWC, having won several awards; Silver at both the TEXSOM International Wine Awards and the Mundus Vini. Ruby red in colour. Aromas of cherries and pomegranate emerge with notes of violets and dog rose. Its soft entry on the palate is distinctive for elegant tannins and pleasurable freshness that enhances its characteristic minerality.

San Polo - Rubio IGT - This is one of the most popular wines from the region, and one of the wines that enriches the winery's range of products, With 91 points by Wine Align, the Rubio's roots lie in the vineyards that encircle Montalcino. Good to pair with cured, and red meats.
Subscription costs 4,500 THB per delivery, equating to just 750 THB per bottle and a saving of around 1,200 THB based on purchasing six similar bottles in a supermarket.
